Adsum knows that secure housing is the answer to the housing crisis. After the success of The Sunflower, we have been working towards expanding our housing units in Lakeside.
Construction on The Marigold began in June 2026. We are building 16 new housing units that will be a mix of single and family units and offer safe, secure, accessible, and affordable housing.
Truly a life changing experience and I am so grateful that I made that call and had the courage and support to do this for not only myself, but more importantly my daughter.
